Real Talk Surrogacy is operated by Real Talk Surrogacy LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as Real Talk Surrogacy ("Real Talk," "we," "us," or "our"). We are not a surrogacy agency, fertility clinic, or legal advisor. We provide educational information about gestational surrogacy and help prospective surrogates compare and connect with vetted surrogacy agencies.

Every email we send — other than your initial quiz results — will include a clear unsubscribe link. You may opt out of follow-up emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing us at hello@realtalksurrogacy.com. Providing your phone number is optional. We do not currently call or text users. If we begin using phone or SMS communications in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before contacting you. Your phone number may be shared with a surrogacy agency only if you choose to engage with that agency through the Site.
We use browser local storage (not cookies) to store a unique profile identifier (UUID) that persists until you clear your browser data. We use browser session storage to temporarily hold your quiz answers during a single browsing session. We do not set any first-party cookies.

We offer personalized quiz results and agency recommendations in exchange for the personal information you provide during the qualification quiz. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this may be considered a "financial incentive" because we provide a service (personalized results) in exchange for your data.
You can participate in this program by voluntarily completing the quiz. You may withdraw at any time by requesting deletion of your data at hello@realtalksurrogacy.com. We value the data you provide based on the cost of providing the service, including the expense of developing and maintaining the quiz, vetting agencies, and delivering personalized results. We believe the value of the service to you is reasonably related to the value of your data to us.
