Important: How We Make Money

Real Talk Surrogacy receives compensation from surrogacy agencies when a surrogate we referred is approved and matched through that agency. This is how we fund the Site. We do not charge surrogates anything — our service is free to you — but you should know that we have a financial relationship with the agencies we recommend. We believe this model aligns our interests with yours (we only get paid when you succeed), but you should consider this relationship when evaluating our agency recommendations and make your own independent decision about which agency, if any, is right for you.

We are an independent educational resource and comparison platform that helps prospective surrogates learn about the process and evaluate surrogacy agencies.

Any relationship you form with a surrogacy agency found through our Site is solely between you and that agency. We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any agreement, arrangement, or dispute between you and any agency.

Qualification Quiz Results

The qualification quiz on the Site provides a preliminary, informal assessment based on commonly used surrogacy requirements. Quiz results:

Are informational only and do not guarantee acceptance by any surrogacy agency.
Do not replace the medical screening, psychological evaluation, background check, or legal review that agencies and fertility clinics conduct.
Are based on the information you provide, which we do not independently verify.

A "qualified" result means that, based on your self-reported answers, you appear to meet general baseline criteria commonly used in the surrogacy industry. It does not mean you will be accepted by any particular agency or that you will become a surrogate.

A "not qualified" result means that, based on your answers, one or more of your responses falls outside the typical eligibility range. This does not necessarily mean surrogacy is impossible for you — individual circumstances vary, and we encourage you to consult directly with agencies or medical professionals if you have questions.
