Real Talk Surrogacy receives compensation from surrogacy agencies when a surrogate we referred is approved and matched through that agency. This is how we fund the Site. We do not charge surrogates anything — our service is free to you — but you should know that we have a financial relationship with the agencies we recommend. We believe this model aligns our interests with yours (we only get paid when you succeed), but you should consider this relationship when evaluating our agency recommendations and make your own independent decision about which agency, if any, is right for you.
