How it works
We schedule a 30–45 minute onboarding call to understand your process, ideal candidates, and deal-breakers.
We write your RealTalk profile, confirm minimum standards, and set up lead delivery (CRM, email, or however you prefer). You review and approve.
Once RealTalk is live to surrogates, we start sending you applicants who pass our basic checks and opt in to hear from you.

No. Early access agencies get profiles and basic integrations free while we're building.
Do you send the same lead to multiple agencies?
No. Each surrogate chooses which agencies to hear from based on their preferences. We don't blast your info to everyone.
Are you an agency or clinic?
Neither. RealTalk is an education and screening layer. We help surrogates understand the process and connect them to agencies that meet our standards.
